Advisory Council on Historic Preservation sends its comments on the Route 250 Bypass Interchange at McIntire Road project.

Below is the letter sent from the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (ACHP) to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) regarding historic preservation issues related to the proposed Route 250 Bypass Interchange at McIntire Road. Consultation among interested stakeholders will continue until a Memorandum of Agreement on historic preservation related mitigation is finalized.
